Are orders premade?

All creations are handmade to order. Each order gets its own devoted time. Assorted, premade bundles are available for order.
Can I select what color I want my font?

Yes. Color requests are endless. Swatches of all our color inventory will be coming soon to the site! For now, please specify what color you are looking for and we will match as close as possible. You can type a note with your order or send an email to lunaletteringco@gmail.com for color requests.
Do you offer envelope personalization?

Yes! We can customize the envelope how ever you choose. We offer first or full name, recipient address and return address on each envelope. Standard font color is black. Customization available on each order. We also provide the option of a prepaid US stamp so your creation is ready to go. We require all address information in the note section when checking out or submitted via email. We will create your envelopes exactly as the names appear.
Can you order in bulk?

Yes! You can submit a special order request on our website or contact us via email at lunaletteringco@gmail.com. Price will be quoted after all details are received.
What is the shipping time and cost?

Cost of shipping is determined by the weight. All creations are shipped USPS First Class Mail. Expedited shipping available upon request for additional charge. Please contact us for special request orders.
Can you create items that are not on the website?

Yes! Creations are endless. Please send your ideas to us at lunaletteringco@gmail.com and we can provide a quote for your request.
